Stock and delivery times

Delivery takes place from our warehouse in Hamburg and is carried out by DHL.

Please note that the delivery times quoted are for orders within Germany and are based on working days only. The production time is included. The estimated delivery date depends on the selected shipping method. As a rule, this is 2 working days throughout Europe.

Address information

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of the correct delivery address. The same applies if the delivery address differs from the billing address.

International shipping

In the case of international shipping, the customer is responsible for any customs duties incurred. Bergmann & Koch has no influence over measures taken by customs authorities or delivery services.

Prices

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
