The reversing system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay has a viewing angle of 154° and is only supplied with power for the monitor via the cigarette lighter / USB port. The HD wireless camera is self-sufficiently powered by the lithium battery which is supplied by the solar panel. The camera image is transmitted "live" and interference-free to the monitor using the new BK radio technology. Users have the option of using the reversing camera flexibly around the vehicle without cables.
This new generation also offers a G-sensor-controlled automatic switch-on and switch-off of the camera, thus extending the running time many times over.
The digital 7″ flat screen with touchscreen is equipped with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The monitor is connected to the power supply via the supplied cigarette lighter or via the USB vehicle connection. The camera is activated by pressing a button on the monitor.
The sound transmission from the Bergmann & Koch monitor can also be played back on the car radio via radio transmission (FM). Telephone calls, voice announcements from the navigation system and similar are therefore also possible via the vehicle loudspeakers.
The digital BK wireless connection between the monitor and the camera ensures HD-quality video transmission. Thanks to the integrated BK Dual-Wireless System, the camera image is displayed clearly and without interference on the monitor from a distance of up to 50 meters. The backup camera is designed for continuous use.
The Bergmann & Koch BKC8S reversing system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay consists of a digital 7-inch flat screen, a solar wireless camera with protection class IP67, which is of course waterproof. The installation material is also included in this set.
Simple and easy installation of the reversing system. All you have to do is connect your smartphone to the monitor and you're done.
The BKC8S can only be operated with the camera included in the scope of delivery. An extension is not possible.
Info for Android: Your smartphone must support Android Auto via Bluetooth.
